The farm
The house, surrounded by a large, tended garden, enjoys beautiful views extending from Pisa and the Apuane alps to the hills surrounding Leghorn and the sea beyond.
The property is a real relaxing oasis, with wild bunnies playing within the lawns early in the morning and in the evening, and buzzards flying over.
The accommodation
La Casetta is the name related to the entire villa, therefore I Gelsi plus i Cipressi. An internal door in fact separates the two units. The ground floor is composed of an entrance hall, a large sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, a study/TV room, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and a guests bathroom. The first floor features three double bedrooms (two can also be converted into twin bedrooms, upon request) and two twin bedrooms (upon request, one convertible into double bedroom) each with bathroom (2 with tub, 3 with shower), a small sitting room with sofa-bed (French size when open), another large living room also with fireplace, a kitchen and another two independent entrances accessed from outside staircases.
