The farm
The estate is located in the municipality of Piombino on the border between the provinces of Livorno and Grosseto, where the Etruscan Coast gradually gives way to the Tuscan Maremma. It can be reached along a short stretch of dirt road under the distant and indifferent gaze of the Chianina breed, at the top of the hill from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Gulf of Follonica that can be reached in a few minutes. Tenuta Santa Trice is certainly the ideal starting point to discover the beauty of this corner of Tuscany rich in history and culture.
The accommodation
In the restoration we have tried to preserve the nature of this beautiful villa with large, bright rooms and very high ceilings. We have obtained 8 apartments and 3 rooms furnished with style and refinement: modern and functional kitchens and furnishings are mixed with the precious antique furniture. The elegance and prestige of the Pietra Serena staircases, the marble of the wash-houses and of the fireplaces that characterize the apartments on the upper floors, contrast with the romantic atmosphere and the warmth of the ancient terracotta floors and the "volticciole" ceilings of the rooms made on the ground floor.
